ASIS Hong Kong Chapter is organizing an online seminar about hospital security. Members of the ACFE Hong Kong Chapter, as a supporting organisation, can join the event free of charge.
The seminar will help us to identify healthcare related work space stressors and their triggers, help leaders to understand the 5 phases of trauma, what roles our leaders should play, and finally provide pointers for support mechanism.
If the aforementioned areas were not managed properly, the following risks would increase: poor customer service, job dissatisfaction, burn out, increased turnover, increased costs in liability, etc.
Brigid A. Roberson, Ed.D, CHPA is a servant leader with a transformational leadership style with over 24 years of security experience.
Dr. Brigid is currently the Regional Security Director for Memorial Hermann Healthcare System - Texas Medical Center (TMC), the primary teaching hospital for McGovern Medical School, providing security leadership for a Level 1 Adult and Children’s Trauma Institute, an 1100 bed hospital, and the Orthopedic and Spine Hospital.
