Young Practitioners’ Club (YPC)

The Young Practitioners’ Club (YPC) is an interdisciplinary club of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Hong Kong Chapter (ACFE HK) intended for younger members of the anti-fraud profession. Any member 40 years or below can join, we also welcome Associate Members, including student associates. The YPC will focus on our younger Hong Kong based Certified Fraud Examiners and those Associate Members studying for their professional ACFE qualifications.

YPC's Mission

We will:

• Promote and enrich the professional, educational, social and cultural lives of YPC members;
• Reflect the views and represent the interests of YPC members;
• Serve as a link between the ACFE HK and our Associate and Young Members;
• Establish a network of young members for exchange of views, sharing experiences, posing questions, discussion of common issues and involvement in events and projects to encourage a sense of belonging to the ACFE HK;
• Assist the development of young members' business networking through closer interaction with similar industry groups; and
• Provide an effective platform to nurture young members and their talents.

Activities

We shall organise a wide range of different activities, including:

• Social events, such as gatherings and team building activities;
• Sports and recreational activities;
• Volunteer services to the community; and
• Sharing sessions (e.g. exams tips/preparation, interview skills)

How to Register

Membership Policy

1. Anybody wishing to join YPC must be a valid member of ACFE HK and under the age of 40 when joining.  Please refer to the details of how to join ACFE HK.
2. If, for any reason, a member's ACFE HK membership has become invalid, his/her membership with YPC will also become invalid.
3. If, for any reason, a member does not want to continue his/her membership with YPC, he/she must inform YPC in writing in order for his/her personal particulars to be removed from the records of YPC.
