ASIS Hong Kong Chapter is organizing an online seminar about identifying strengths and weaknesses of some of the best security programs in the world. Members of the ACFE Hong Kong Chapter, as a supporting organisation, can join the event free of charge.
As a consultant providing advice to many diverse organizations, Drew has had the opportunity to work with and identify strengths and weaknesses for some of the best security programs in the world.
In this presentation he will discuss what elements of a security program he commonly sees organizations fail to implement, and will make recommendations for how the attendees can ensure that their own organizations’ programs are functioning as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Drew Neckar has served as the executive charged with managing the security programs for organizations in the healthcare, education, financial services, and nightclub industries. He now owns and operates Security Advisors Consulting Group a firm which is dedicated to helping organizations improve their security programs to protect their assets and employees.
He also has spoken at a number of conferences, including ASIS’ GSX, been published in a number of journals, and volunteers extensively in security industry organizations including currently serving as the Chair of ASIS’ School Safety Community and as an Assistant Regional Vice President for ASIS.
